Welcome to the website of Jennymount Methodist Church. We are a church of everyday people which exists to worship God and show the love of Jesus in action as well as words.

Our new modern building can be found on North Queen Street which runs parallel with the York Road . We see ourselves very much as Church in community connecting in a range of ways through our Drop-In Centre.

There is so much to do at Jennymount. Our Church building is bright and welcoming and open seven days a week. There are a variety of activities and groups that you can join if you want to. Take a look through the pages, there is something for everyone, whether you are a child, young person, young adult, as old or as young as you feel, Jennymount is here for you. Jennymount in partnership with SMILE surestart run a Parent & Toddler group for 2 year olds on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00. On Tuesdays we have a Parent & Toddler group for all pre-school children from 10:00 to 12:00.

Our Vision: To extend God’s family by making disciples of Jesus Christ.

As Church, we endeavor to follow the example of Christ. To offer the love that he gives unconditionally and unreservedly to everyone. We try to act a bit like a bridge, bridging the gaps that sometimes happen between us and God by helping people connect with God and his love and take advantage of His incredible gift to us of salvation.

It is worth pressing the pause button of your life just for a moment and reflect on the fact that time will run out and you could miss the opportunity to make that all important choice to have Jesus as your friend.
